These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions. .
Minors or people below 18 years old are allowed to use this Website under supervision of guardian.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, COCO and TOBY and/or its Authoring body and Chatterjee International own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

Services
Using our service you accepting this service terms:
- COCO and TOBY will provide the service as per the availability of faculty, there will be no demand of compensation for any terms by name of delay or skipping sessions, as the service is totally depends on faculties and their availability and acceptance, we however protect the right of both faculty and students so that no students spend extra month over the month he/ she studied and same ways tutors are being paid for exactly what they used to teach;
- for one-one tuitions, its between students and teacher how they like to progress as it is completely customized private learning, however if a students likes to stop next session; student has facility to stop with good reason and can find other faculty for same, however availability of faculty is not COCO and TOBY responsibility and its purely as per availability of the faculty and their schedule as per listed and hence the student can select desired faculty on faculty available schedule as per listed.;
- group tuition only starts time to time and enrolled students will be placed with available groups. If someone wants to skip for next group, then the students need to wait for the next group available, COCO and TOBY is not responsible for missing days but we will make sure, no fees will be charged for the buffer time and students will be placed in next group on student consent and next group starting waiting time;
- interruption between communication between students and faculty is sole responsibility of the stakeholders, COCO and TOBY is not responsible for that, as this is not hourly based high paid tutor but rather monthly based education system, so like others no compensation classes will be arranged but it is up to faculty and student to adjust days or hours annually looking towards the normal procedure of education;
- For student or faculty’s health issue or absence for any reason should be mutually agreed and adjusted by student and faculty and should be informed well in advanced.;
- Monthly fees to avail the service must be paid in advance before 5th of every month, without which there will be fine for every day basis and it can lead to cancellation of any further service;
- This is a noble journey and service to provide education support to the needy, if you are in no need, please don’t interrupt us from giving the service to those who eagerly waiting to get the support to fulfill their dream. So we believe in smooth running of the service and no blame game or compensation will be entertain under any circumstances. If you don’t want any service, you have right to leave without any disturbance.;
- We providing the students protection facility with no study no fees or vice versa no teaching no payment for faculty. It helps both student and faculty to get and spend as much done. Anything paid in advanced will be adjusted when enrolling for next session or other faculty. Hence right of both student and faculty sustained.
Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being access by you and COCO and TOBY may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.
Your Content
In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you grant COCO and TOBY a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of West Bengal, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in West Bengal for the resolution of any disputes.
